SKANSKA was one of the first real estate companies to introduce interactive leasing applications as support for leasing teams in presenting investments. The application we developed allows for presenting the venue in the form of a virtual tour and 3D space plans with a real view outside the window. It also allowed for presenting office space with dedicated arrangement from future tenants. In addition, the application has been servicing VR Oculus Rift. The investment is currently 100% rented.
