VR ROOM OR CLASSIC SHOWROOM? – ANDRZEJ HOROCH FOR „MARKETING W PRAKTYCE”
We highly recommend the June issue of “Marketing w Praktyce” monthly, particularly the article "VR room or classic showroom?" co-written by Andrzej Horoch, CEO, CCO Workroom Group.
"Many brands follow the path of classic showrooms. They build rooms where you can test or use a product for a given amount of time. They provide equipment and accessories. This is where customers can try on a new pair of shoes, run around the store, cook something on an advertised frying-pan, lie on a sofa and watch an episode of their favorite TV series as they will when the sofa is brought to their home. Other brands are boldly choosing modernity. They plan and develop AR and VR software, which allows them to use a small space to present huge products, such as building equipment, industrial installations, apartments.
VR is also interaction between the buyer and the seller. Don't forget VR is not only interaction between the consumer and the product. There is also interaction between the purchaser and the seller, who can show and explain more and in a more convincing way than just using plain words”.
