We found the value which sets the developer’s offer apart: art incorporated into office space. For this reason, for the first time in the Polish real estate sector, we predicated the campaign of the building on the meaning of art and its presence in the environment. It is expressed by the slogan “Culture embeded in space,” which entailed the following placemaking concepts: setting a new place on the cultural map of the city and placing benches with quotes by renowned artists within the investment. Close cooperation with the STARAK FOUNDATION and SPECTRA ART SPACE.
